The function of a nursery is always very important. Shown below is the changing station as well as the quiet rocking area. The changing station needs to have all items close at hand so that the child is not left alone. Here a basket holds lotion, q-tips, cotton balls, powder, rash cream, and more. The shelf and hooks above the station are great for holding pajamas or the next day's outfit. Also close at hand are clothes, burp cloths, and diapers in the dresser. Next to the dresser is a diaper pail and trash can. The relaxing glider is positioned with soft lighting from the window on the left as well as a low table to rest a glass of water, books, or a small picture.
