DENIZ KITCHEN REMODEL - Dos Palos, CA

The Deniz family lives in an older home located in Dos Palos, CA. Their existing kitchen was about 10'x10' which did not work well for a family that likes to cook and entertain. All of their appliances and fixtures were also too small and outdated for the Deniz family. The goal of this project was to create a more spacious and up to date contemporary kitchen that the family could spend much of their time in together. Our solution to expand the size of the kitchen was to take over the breakfast nook area that was adjacent to the kitchen, as well as bump out the exterior of the house by 10 feet. Being that the house is located in Dos Palos, the soil is very unstable and constantly moving. It was because of this that great care was taken during construction to reinforce the foundation of the kitchen addition.
